Angela Bradshaw

Alexander Technique with Angela Bradshaw

Holly House, 34 Park Road, Woking, Surrey. GU22 7BX

Alexander Technique and Art of Breathing

Angela teaches 1:1 from her private garden studio in Woking, Surrey or online. Her home is a short walk from Woking station, just 22 minutes from London Waterloo.

Small groups, talks, presentations and workshops are also offered!

Angela trained to teach Alexander’s Technique following a career ending injury. It cured her debilitating musculo-skeletal disorder that ended her profession in Medical Imaging. She loves helping others optimise their posture, coordination, balance and thinking. It’s truly life changing!

Additionally she teaches Professor Jessica Wolf’s Art of Breathing. This is natural breathing coordination and is a rich body of respiratory work, combining the contributions that both Carl Stough and F.M.Alexander made to the study of breathing.

Angela’s book Be In Balance is a simple introduction to Alexander’s Technique. Her TEDx talk ‘Show Me How’ offers a group a short introduction to the Technique in her signature style.
