By booking a course with London Singing Institute the participant agrees to the following:

  1. Courses are allocated a set time and day.
  2. To reschedule any lesson we need 48 hours prior notice. Please note that lessons cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be forfeited and cannot be rescheduled, credited, or refunded.
  3. A maximum of two lessons per quarter may be rescheduled.
  4. In the case that your instructor cannot attend a class, a make-up lesson will be provided.
  5. Courses cannot be put on hold without the prior agreement of London Singing Institute.
  6. We require one month's notice should you wish to terminate your course.
  7. Save for courses booked and concluded over the telephone in which case students are statutorily entitled to cancel their course booking within seven working days of payment, course fees are non-refundable.
  8. You cannot transfer or resell your lesson without the explicit permission of LondonMusicCourses Ltd.
  9. LondonMusicCourses Ltd reserves the right to suspend or expel any student from all or part of their course in cases of unacceptable conduct.
  10. In case of unforeseen circumstances, LondonMusicCourses Ltd may change teachers without notice.
  11. In the case of our instructor not being able to attend a lesson due to an occasional professional reason or illness, the class will be provided via correspondence or rescheduled at a suitable time.
  12. A substitute tutor may be assigned for a short period if our resident tutor needs to attend a professional obligation.
  13. All information on our website (londonsinginginstitute.co.uk) is published to the best of our ability. We do however reserve the right to modify course content and material as well as fees in the interest of course improvements. We will give reasonable notice of any such changes where possible.

Gift voucher purchases:

  1. Gift vouchers are non-refundable once purchased. They may be transferred to another person on the condition that LondonMusicCourses Ltd agrees.
  2. Gift vouchers are valid until the period of expiry as marked on the voucher.

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
